Role Overview: As a Business Analyst/Product Owner at BDO India Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in bridging business stakeholders and the development team. Your primary responsibility will be translating customer requirements into user stories and product backlog items to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements to meet client expectations. - Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog for effective project management. - Collaborate with UX/UI, frontend, and backend teams to align features with Kentico capabilities. - Participate actively in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to ensure project progress. - Validate deliverables against business goals and Kentico features for quality assurance.
