Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Consultant Diabetologist to lead and strengthen our Diabetes Care Program at Preventify. The role involves outpatient consultations, chronic disease management, patient education, and collaborative care planning. You will also work closely with our clinical teams to run structured care plans and follow-ups for diabetes patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations for diabetes and metabolic syndrome patients
• Create individualized treatment and lifestyle modification plans
• Oversee Preventify’s structured diabetes management protocols and follow-ups
• Coordinate with dietitians, general physicians, and lab teams for holistic care
• Monitor patients' progress using EMRs and digital tracking tools
• Participate in patient education, awareness programs, and care reviews

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS with MD/PG Diploma in Diabetology, or MD in Internal Medicine with diabetes management experience
• Valid Kerala Medical Council registration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in diabetes or chronic disease management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and willing to adopt Preventify’s EMR and digital health tools
