Position Overview:

We are looking for an expert and trainer in urban planning or urban social sciences, specializing in areas like transit-oriented development, land valuation planning, mobility, net zero buildings

Person Specification

The ideal candidate should have:

About 8 - 10 years of relevant professional experience;

A Masters in Planning or any other relevant degree with special focus on transit oriented development, land valuation, mobility, or net zero buildings;

Familiarity with the empirical and scholarly work around these themes;

Familiarity with the policy level and programmatic approaches to these themes at the Central and State levels;

Experience and exposure to projects in these thematic areas (this would be an added advantage);

The ability to train and teach on these themes;

Proficiency in MS Office;

Effective team-working and interpersonal skills;

Excellent communication skills;

Strong stakeholder management and good negotiation skills;

The ability to lead and mentor younger team members effectively
