Consultant - Business Consulting

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and delivering engagements. You will leverage your experience to design and execute transformation programs, collaborating with client stakeholders on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to thought leadership efforts, knowledge management, and providing valuable consulting services to help clients adapt to the evolving global landscape. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales proposals and ensuring successful engagement delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client counterparts to establish long-term vision, goals, and strategies. - Drive large-scale transformation programs to assist organizations in transitioning into AI-powered enterprises. - Assist clients in developing data-driven business operating models. - Maximize value from AI-led transformation initiatives on a large scale. - Contribute to designing client processes and organizations, along with transformation roadmaps. - Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business and technical professionals, translating requirements into prioritized roadmaps and preparing business cases. - Implement solution-targeted processes using industry best practices. - Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and supporting organizations throughout all project phases. - Maintain regular feedback loops, effective communication, and high satisfaction levels among team members and consultants, especially in challenging circumstances. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Project Management within the Financial Services Banking sector. - MBA or CA qualification from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.
