Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive design, development, testing, and deployment of innovation and GenAI use cases into production.
• Collaborate with business, architects, analytics, and IT stakeholders to deliver intelligent, cloud-based data solutions.
• Support onboarding of new GenAI use cases, ensuring scalable and secure implementation aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with Tech Leads and Solution Architects to translate high-level designs into actionable low-level architecture.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, engineering, and network teams to align with company cloud infrastructure standards.
• Ensure DevSecOps capabilities are embedded into development workflows.
• Adhere to IT governance and control frameworks, ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Use Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies and DevOps tools to deliver incremental value and continuous integration.

Skills Required:

• Excellent programming skills in Java and Python.
• Strong experience in GCP (preferred) or AWS; cloud certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in prompt engineering and working with GenAI use cases is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud or Azure cloud platforms and services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Gradle, Maven, Ansible.
• Skilled in data analysis, SQL, NoSQL, DBT, BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataProc.
• Experience with Kafka, Pub-Sub, and real-time event streaming.
• Sound knowledge of cloud security concepts including IAM, Active Directory, roles, entitlements, etc.
• Exposure to Agile development practices and DevOps processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Non-Technical Capabilities:

• Prior experience in banking and financial services, preferably with legal and compliance domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, with a growth mindset and willingness to mentor others.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• GCP or AWS certification (GCP preferred).
• Agile or DevOps-related certifications are a plus.
