Consultant and Sr Consultant Risk Advisory - Internal Audit

Role Overview: As an Internal Audit and SOX Senior, you will have the opportunity to work on large projects focusing on SOX implementation, internal audit assignments, and IFC design. You will be responsible for handling teams, assessing risks, documenting processes, testing controls, and providing recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, you will interact with senior management, enhance your technical competency, and contribute to the development of the SOX program. Key Responsibilities: - Execute internal audit assignments including SOX, IFC Designing, walkthrough & Implementation, Business Process Review, and mapping of Business Flow charts with RCM - Perform risk assessment procedures, identify significant accounts & classes of transactions, and map business processes - Prepare SOX documentation such as process flowcharts, narratives, and risk and controls matrix - Design attributes, test design and operating effectiveness of controls, and suggest process improvements - Plan, implement, coordinate, and execute all phases of SOX compliance - Communicate observations and recommendations effectively, and ensure timely deliverables with quality conclusions - Understand client requirements, respond promptly to requests, and support Managers in preparing audit plans and reports - Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to handle complex situations - Work with existing processes/systems while suggesting improvements and maintain quality relationships Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of relevant experience in internal audit/SOX/IFC Designing & Implementation - Experience in risk assessment, process mapping, controls testing, and evaluation of control deficiencies - Understanding of ERP environment, PCAOB requirements, and COSO framework - Strong analytical skills, process orientation, and knowledge of financial statements under Indian/US GAAP - Excellent communication, report writing, and client handling skills - Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Word, and other MS Office applications (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
