Construction Technology Manager

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and deploy construction tech (e.g., drones, AR/VR, robotics). 
  • Manage digital project workflows and software platforms. 
  • Train teams on new tools and ensure tech adoption. 
  • Analyse project data to improve productivity and reduce costs. 

Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, BIM 360, or similar platforms. 
  • Understanding of construction workflows and project management. 
  • Strong leadership and change management skills. 
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related. 
  • 5+ years in construction, with 2+ years in tech implementation.
