Freshers with a basic understanding of site operations are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Supervise construction activities to ensure work quality and timelines are met. Manage material inventory and ensure timely availability at the site. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain daily work reports and update project progress. Assist in resolving on-site issues to avoid project delays.
