Job Description

As a dynamic PMO professional with a strong construction background, you will play a central role in driving the Prakrut Project. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across all project phases. Your hands-on experience in civil, electrical, and plumbing works will ensure timely delivery within budget and in adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. - Track execution progress, risks, and delays; provide regular reports to senior management. - Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for seamless execution. - Oversee and coordinate civil, electrical, and plumbing activities. - Conduct regular site inspections, review meetings, and ensure milestones are achieved. - Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for management. - Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. - Manage documentation, contracts, and statutory approvals. - Support budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. - 35 years of experience in PMO/Project Management within construction projects. - Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, civil, electrical & plumbing systems. - Proficiency in MS Project / Excel for project tracking & reporting. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
