Construction Project Manager

Experience required: 6-10 years

Candidate must have rich experience of working on government projects in Mumbai, primarily Building Construction works including Basement work, Piling, Rock Anchoring, civil and RCC woks. Candidate must have strong rate analyses skills and must be aware about various material and labour rates of Mumbai.

The Candidate Is Expected To Perform Following Functions: Site Management And Co-Ordination Site Administration · Review The Project BOQ, With The Issued Drawings/ Specifications/ Special & General T&C, Verify The Correctness Of The BOQ And Prepare/Verify The Bill Of Materials (BOM) · Share The BOM With The Required Date Of The Said Materials/ Services At Site and perform all functions for smooth execution of work on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
