Construction Modeler

As a Construction Modeler in the Accelerate department, your role is crucial in producing high-quality 3D models for structural steel detailing and coordination. You will collaborate closely with peers, Technical Leads, and project managers to ensure that all work meets project standards and specifications. Your eagerness to learn technical skills and identify design issues will contribute to team success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare accurate and high-quality models using Tekla Structures and collaborate with platforms like Revit for coordination. - Ensure that all modeling work aligns with project requirements, quality standards, and SOPs. - Complete assigned tasks on time, track progress, and provide reports. - Create and submit RFIs for unclear or conflicting design data. - Conduct peer reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support team learning. - Maintain clear documentation, version control for model files, and issue logs. - Proactively escalate design issues and propose constructible modeling solutions. - Convert models to IFC formats for coordination and communication with stakeholders. - Participate in team discussions, process improvements, and technical training. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience working or modeling in Large and Complex Projects. - 3+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing is preferred. In this role, your attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential for the successful completion of assigned tasks.
