Placement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure all work is performed to industry standards and meets quality specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans. Address and resolve any quality issues or defects in a timely manner. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crew.
