Construction Manager

We are hiring for the role of Construction Manager for the well known MNC FMCG Company, Position based at (Kothure Mandal) Hyderabad - Telangana. JOB DESCRIPTION Designation : Construction Manager Location : Kothure Manadal (Hyderabad) - Telangana Experience : 12 + Years of Experience ( Pharma/FMCG manufacturing projects) Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Responsibilities:- a) Construction management for site activities & overall co-ordination with teams, contractors & stakeholders. b) Tracking and control of activities like Budgeting, Estimation, Scheduling, Execution, Quality control, Documentation c) Manage daily, weekly and monthly meetings and share required reports & presentation d) Monitoring activites across the disciplines : Civil and MEP e) Experience of HVAC, Chiller, Chemical dosing, cooling tower, Piping, Fire sprinkler and system, Compressor and Air line installation and comissioning is preferred f) Provide Design inputs and review design drawings. Check & report clashes if any g) Quantity surveying and Vendor Running Bill verification h) Good knowledge of site construction safety i) Provide value addition in term of time, cost and quality by providing constructibility improvements J) Experience of large industrial building design, construction and start up. Experience in design coordination PEB, Installation of PEB and site fabricated structure buildings. Experience GMP area design and construction is preferred Good understanding of building codes applicable in India.
