Job Description

Greeting from Ashkom! We are hiring for the role of Civil Construction Manager for the well known MNC FMCG Company , Position based at (Sanand) Ahmedabad. JOB DESCRIPTION- Designation : Civil Construction Manager Location : (Sanand) Ahmedabad Experience : 12-20 Years Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering Project Duration -1 Year Roles and Responsibilities a) Construction management for site activities & overall coordination with teams, contractors & stakeholders. b) Tracking and control of activities like Budgeting, Estimation, Scheduling, Execution, Quality control, Documentation c) Manage daily, weekly and monthly meetings and share required reports & presentation d) Monitoring activities across the disciplines: Civil and MEP e) Experience in HVAC, Chiller, Chemical dosing, cooling tower, Piping, Fire sprinkler, and system, Compressor, and Airline installation and commissioning is preferred f) Provide Design inputs and review design drawings. Check & report clashes if any g) Quantity Surveying and Vendor Running Bill verification h) Good knowledge of site construction safety i) Provide value addition in terms of time, cost, and quality by providing Constructibility improvements J) Experience in large industrial building design, construction, and start-up. Experience in design coordination PEB, Installation of PEB, and site fabricated structure buildings. Experience in GMP area design and construction is preferred Good understanding of building codes applicable in India. Good experience in value engineering to drive costs down.
