 Your Role 
  • Data Quality Assurance:Develop, implement, and monitor data quality control processes for the DAM system to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of digital assets and related metadata.
  • Data Audits:Perform routine audits of digital assets and metadata to ensure compliance with internal standards and ensure that assets are correctly tagged, categorized, and stored.
  • Data Validation:Validate product and marketing data before it is uploaded into the DAM system, ensuring that it aligns with business rules and metadata guidelines.
  • Error Identification & Resolution:Identify and resolve data issues, discrepancies, or inconsistencies within the DAM system, collaborating with other teams as necessary to correct errors.
  • Metadata Management:Work with the DAM Manager to ensure the metadata standards are followed, helping to define and update tagging practices and taxonomy structures to ensure efficient asset retrieval.
  • Process Optimization:Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data management processes within the DAM system, suggesting improvements for data integrity and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with marketing, creative, IT, and product teams to ensure that asset data is accurate, complete, and well-structured for use across campaigns and platforms.
  • Training & Support:Provide guidance and training to internal teams on maintaining data quality standards and best practices for using the DAM system.

  •  Your Profile 
  • Experience:4-6 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or digital asset management, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • DAM System Knowledge:Experience working withDAM systems(e.g., Widen, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager) and content management systems (CMS). Familiarity with metadata management and tagging best practices.
  • Attention to Detail:Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets or digital assets.
  • Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, IT, and product teams, to resolve data issues and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Process Improvement:Proven track record of optimizing data management processes, improving workflows, and implementing data quality initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with data validation tools, reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and basic SQL or query languages for managing and analyzing data.
  • EducationBachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience
