As a Conference Producer at TTLifesciences, based in Mumbai, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting in-depth market research to identify viable conference topics and assess competitive events. - Writing compelling, market-driven conference agendas and associated marketing copy. - Identifying key target audiences and determining the most commercially relevant angles. - Validating content and themes via secondary research and phone interviews with industry stakeholders. - Identifying, approaching, and securing high-caliber speakers, including C-level executives and global thought leaders. - Negotiating and managing speaker contracts and logistical requirements. - Collaborating closely with internal teams - sales, marketing, operations - to ensure successful event delivery. - Managing timelines, content, and communications throughout the conference production cycle. - Leading post-event analysis and stakeholder feedback sessions to inform future event planning. - Developing and nurturing relationships with trade associations, partners, and sponsors. - Overseeing the design and content of promotional materials including brochures and websites. - Taking a strategic, results-oriented approach to event positioning and execution. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B conference production or the lifesciences industry.
