Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Production – Ensure high-quality confectionery production, consistency, and timely execution.
  • Maintain Quality Standards – Monitor ingredient quality, recipe adherence, and product presentation.
  • Supervise & Train Team – Lead, mentor, and train confectionery staff, including interns and OJTs.
  • Ensure Hygiene & Compliance – Uphold FSSAI and HACCP standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
  • Develop New Products – Assist in R&D for innovative confectionery items and seasonal offerings.
  • Manage Inventory & Costs – Monitor ingredient usage, minimize wastage, and support cost control measures.
  • Maintain Equipment & Kitchen Efficiency – Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and timely maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments – Work closely with procurement, training, and senior chefs for smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
