Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Computer Trainer to join our training institute/team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for imparting computer education to students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet usage, and specialized software (as applicable).
• Develop training content, lesson plans, and assessments tailored to student needs.
• Provide hands-on training and resolve queries during and after sessions.
• Maintain student attendance records and provide performance feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and tools to incorporate into training.
• Conduct assessments and guide students for certifications (if applicable).
• Ensure all training activities comply with institute/organization standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in computer training or teaching IT-related courses.
• Relevant certifications in computer applications, IT, or training (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, Internet usage, and basic hardware/software concepts.
• Knowledge of advanced tools like Tally, Photoshop, HTML/CSS, or programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage students of different age groups and learning levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
