Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Computer Teacher to join our School. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer fundamentals, programming basics, MS Office tools, and emerging technologies. The teacher should also have basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and be capable of handling vocational or skill-based courses if introduced. Responsibilities: Teach computer education to students of Grade 1 To Grade 10 following the State Board curriculum & CBSE Pattern. Deliver lessons on basic computer operations, MS Office, Internet usage, typing skills, and coding basics (if applicable). Maintain the school computer lab and ensure safe and effective use of equipment. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in alignment with State Board syllabus. Encourage digital awareness and responsible use of technology. Guide students in IT-related projects and computer-based activities. Ensure maintenance and reporting of software/hardware issues as needed. Participate in school events and workshops. Prepare students for digital literacy and 21st-century technology skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent B.Ed. (preferred for higher classes) Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in school-level computer education (preferred) Good communication and classroom management skills Basic troubleshooting skills for software/hardware Desirable Skills: Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts. Ability to teach AI-related modules to middle or secondary school students Familiarity with coding platforms (Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS) (if Applicable) Capable of handling vocational/skill-based courses as per school or board requirements Proficiency in smart classroom technology and e-learning tools Interest in student development and tech-based co-curriculars (robotics, digital competitions, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
