As a Computer Teacher at Ek Tara, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging lessons to marginalised children in the slums of Topsia and Tiljala. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering engaging lessons for Computers. - Adapting mode of instructions to meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds of children. - Maintaining accurate student progress reports and sharing regular updates with parents and school administrators. - Promoting a classroom culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration. - Participating in school activities and extracurricular activities. - Staying updated with evolving teaching methods and engaging in professional development. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Graduate degree in Computers (Masters preferred). - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali. - Experience in teaching children of different grade levels and learning needs. - Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset. - Energetic, empathetic, and deeply committed to student development. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications.
