What You will Do

Computer Support Specialist

  • Conducting daily checks of conference room equipment (TVs, USB, HDMI connections).
  • Monitoring TMES quarantine mails and maintaining system integrity.
  • Performing regular connectivity checks for all hardware in the server room.
  • Carrying out physical inspections of the server room twice daily.
  • Troubleshooting user laptop issues, including hardware and software concerns.
  • Creating and managing user accounts in

    Active Directory (AD)

    and

    Microsoft 365 (M365)

    .
  • Blocking or resetting passwords as required in AD & M365.
  • Providing remote and onsite technical support to employees.
  • Coordinating with vendors for repairs and replacements of IT materials.
  • Installing operating systems and configuring laptops as per user requirements.
  • Diagnosing and repairing laptop issues, including hardware-level checks.
  • Resolving network and printer-related issues promptly.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / Electronics).
  • 35 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Proficiency in

    Active Directory, Microsoft 365

    , and Windows OS installation.
  • Strong understanding of

    hardware diagnostics

    , networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to time-critical technical issues.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships for IT maintenance and procurement is a plus.
