Job Description

As an SRE at Adobe, your role will involve developing software/tools and providing hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimize Cloud services. You will be responsible for building automation using industry-standard tools such as Chef, Jenkins, Terraform, Spinnaker, etc, to deploy services. Additionally, you will coordinate release cycles for services, deploy code, integrate with CI/CD tools, and monitor updates. Your plans will focus on improving security and availability of the services, identifying single points of failure, proposing resilient resolutions, and recommending solutions to solve availability issues. Key Responsibilities: - Develop software/tools and provide technical expertise for Cloud services - Build automation using tools like Chef, Jenkins, Terraform, Spinnaker - Coordinate release cycles, deploy code, integrate with CI/CD tools, and monitor updates - Improve security and availability of services - Identify system bottlenecks and recommend solutions - Participate in On-Call, drive issue resolutions, and contribute to postmortems - Work on improving efficiency by setting clear requirements and optimizing resource usage - Evangelize SRE principles and guide development team to build reliable services - Build automation and tools to increase team productivity Qualifications: - Proven ability as SRE in Cloud engineering - Experience in automation and tool development - Minimum 3+ years of experience building Cloud services and distributed systems - Proficiency in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) - Experience writing applications using Go, Python, or JavaScript - Experience in scaling high efficiency services to the limit - Designed resilient solutions for reliability - Enjoy working with a variety of services and technologies - Provided detailed reporting and analysis through metrics and logs - Experience with container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker - Experience with NewRelic, Splunk, Prometheus will be a plus If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation to navigate Adobe's website or complete the application process, you can email accommodations@adobe.com or call (408) 536-3015.,
