Job Description

Department:

Role Objective:

To perform accurate typing and documentation tasks, manage data efficiently in MS Excel and MS Word, and ensure proper handling of digital records with strong computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Typing & Documentation

Perform accurate and timely typing of letters, reports, and official documents.
Format documents in MS Word as per company standards.
Maintain and update records, files, and correspondence in soft copy.

Data Management

Prepare and maintain databases, reports, and summaries in MS Excel.
Enter, verify, and update data with accuracy and consistency.
Create charts, tables, and analysis sheets in Excel when required.

Computer & Office Support

Manage digital files and ensure easy retrieval of records.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and office communications.
Provide support in routine office computer operations and data handling.

Coordination & Reporting

Share required data and reports with departments as per timelines.
Assist in compiling MIS reports or administrative data when needed.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information.

Skills & Competencies:

Fast and accurate typing speed.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Tables, Formatting) and MS Word.
Good knowledge of computers, email, and basic internet usage.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with discipline and responsibility.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Certification in Computer Applications (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in data entry/typing/computer operator role.
Freshers with good computer knowledge and typing skills can also apply.
