Your responsibilities will include handling the maintenance and operation of our computer systems, setting controls on computers and devices, responding to errors, maintaining job run records, analyzing common issues to minimize them, collaborating with IT personnel and supervisors to develop solutions, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, ordering supplies and hardware, ensuring regular and secure data backups, installing software updates, following security protocols, and providing technical support to colleagues.
