Computer operator for sales (NIGHT SHIFT)

You are invited to join our pharmacy team as a Computer Operator for Sales, bringing with you a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations. Your role will involve managing sales transactions, operating computer systems, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in sales and computer systems, along with your dedication to excellence, will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our pharmacy's sales department. In this position, your responsibilities will include efficiently processing sales transactions, operating computer systems for sales and inventory management, providing outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries and purchases, maintaining accurate inventory records, restocking products, preparing invoices with precision, and maintaining meticulous records of sales transactions and customer data. Collaboration with the team to ensure seamless operations, adherence to pharmacy regulations and company policies, and working from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM to effectively meet customer needs will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, we require you to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, at least an Intermediate qualification, proficiency in computer systems and software, strong attention to detail and data accuracy, effective communication skills for superior customer service, and the ability to work harmoniously in a dynamic work environment. This is a full-time position with a day shift and fixed shift schedule, offering a yearly bonus. It is essential that you can reliably commute or plan to relocate to Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh before starting work. While a Diploma is preferred for education, having 1 year of experience in data entry and a total of 1 year of work experience is also preferred. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role.,
