We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Computer Operator to monitor and control computer systems and ensure efficient and secure operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining system logs, and supporting users with technical queries. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices. Perform regular system backups and data recovery as needed. Identify and resolve system errors or malfunctions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of system activity, performance, and downtime. Provide first-level support to users, escalating complex issues to the IT team. Install and update software applications and operating systems. Ensure data security and system integrity by following IT protocols. Collaborate with IT teams for routine maintenance and upgrades. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Computer Science is a plus). Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Familiarity with MS Office and data entry tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Work Environment: This role may involve working in office environments, server rooms, or IT labs, depending on the organization.
