computer Operator cum Sales Representative

We are hiring computer operator cum sales representative for our office location is Sukhrawar Peth - Pune Maharashtra-411002.

Job Role:-

Computer operations and administration:

• Monitor and operate computer systems, including data entry, file conversion, and managing databases.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor technical issues.
• Manage administrative tasks like correspondence and inventory.

Sales and customer service:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle sales inquiries over the phone, in person, or online.
• Negotiate prices and close sales.
• Follow up with potential clients and build customer relationships.

Reporting and coordination:

• Provide regular updates on sales progress to the team.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
