Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable Office Assistant to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly—handling basic admin tasks, coordinating with teams, and maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and document formatting in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Manage calls, emails, and messages; greet visitors
• Maintain files (digital & physical), trackers, and inventories
• Schedule meetings, arrange courier pickups, and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare basic reports, invoices, and letters as guided
• Support HR/Accounts with routine office tasks as needed

Must-Haves

• Basic computer knowledge and solid MS Office skills
• Basic English (read/write/speak) and clear communication
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Good to Have (Optional)

• Familiarity with Google Workspace / CRM tools
• Knowledge of Tally or basic accounting entries
• Hindi/Gujarati (or local language) proficiency
