Job Description

You will be joining Sharekhan Franchise located at Vile Parle West as a Back Office Assistant, supporting the finance team with administrative and operational tasks. Your role will involve assisting the Support Coordinator in managing daily tasks, handling customer inquiries, updating Online KYC, drafting mails, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The responsibilities also include providing back-office support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining Excel sheets to record material movements. This position offers you an exciting opportunity to work in a growing industry with a supportive and collaborative team. As a Back Office Assistant, you will have access to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills. We are looking for candidates who are graduates or non-graduates, with a maximum age limit of 25 years and open to fresher applicants only. The working days are from Monday to Saturday, with the timing set from 9 am to 6 pm. The salary offered for this position is up to 10k per month maximum. As part of the benefits, there is cell phone reimbursement, and the work schedule is aligned with day shifts, with the possibility of performance and yearly bonuses.
