Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Turning Operator & Programmer based in Hyderabad. The role involves setting up and operating CNC turning machines, programming CNC equipment, and ensuring machinery runs efficiently to produce precision parts. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting finished parts for accuracy, performing routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and following safety protocols. Additionally, collaboration with team members and adjusting programming as required are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC Programming, Machine Setup, and CNC Operation
• Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and tools
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machine tools and processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
• Prior experience in CNC turning operations preferred
