Role Overview: As a CNC Machine Operator in our Machine Shop team, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines with precision and efficiency. Your hands-on experience in CNC operations and strong technical knowledge will be key to ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines independently, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in production. - Perform offset operations, including work and wear adjustments, to maintain quality standards. - Conduct inspections, identify aesthetic defects, and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Microscope, etc., to verify product specifications. - Maintain accurate inspection and production records to track quality and performance. - Adhere to safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications & Skills: - ITI certification or equivalent technical education required. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant CNC machine operating experience. - Proficiency in handling measuring tools and conducting quality checks. - Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
