Computer Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate documentation records.

2. Proficiently utilize computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Effectively communicate via email and written letters.

4. Prepare and file GST returns.

5. Create and manage purchase orders.

6. Develop and maintain organized Excel sheets with bifurcated data.

7. Foster strong vendor relationships and manage vendor communications.

8. Apply procurement skills to ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

5. Basic accounting knowledge and experience with GST returns.

6. Procurement and vendor management skills.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in documentation, administration, or a related role.
