Computer Aided Design Drafter

As a Draftsman, your role involves following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. You will be responsible for preparing both rough sketches and detailed work using CADD systems. Your job will also include performing calculations for materials and weight limitations, as well as communicating with architects and engineers to incorporate their knowledge into drawings. Alongside the engineering team, you will be preparing, reviewing, and redrafting designs to ensure compliance with building regulations. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will involve identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Create technical drawings following specifications and calculations - Prepare rough sketches and detailed work using CADD systems - Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations - Communicate effectively with architects and engineers - Prepare, review, and redraft designs alongside the engineering team - Ensure final designs comply with building regulations - Identify and communicate potential design problems to the team Qualifications Required: - ITI Civil/ Diploma Civil - 15 years of experience - Degree from a technical college is also acceptable - Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) - Ability to draw manually is favourable, but not essential - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Ability to respond positively to criticism You will be offered a competitive salary range of 50K to 60K per month for this position based in Lucknow.,
