You will be joining HCL Tech as a Back Office QA professional in the BFS Domain. You will need to develop Root Cause Analysis for any reported incidents, analyze historical data to identify top contributors of errors, and develop action plans based on QA scores. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) through process and ISO audits, preparing and maintaining QMS documentation, and being an innovator and out-of-the-box thinker who is willing to go the extra mile. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.
