COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable regulations. Your role will involve handling employee contracts, background verification, and documentation. Additionally, you will be monitoring and updating compliance records, audits, and reports. It will be crucial for you to liaise with internal teams and external authorities to maintain 100% compliance. Furthermore, you will provide support to the HR team in policy implementation and compliance training.
