Compliance & Liaison Executive (Construction)

DJV Infrastructure is growing fast, and we need someone who can keep our projects running smoothly by handling the permissions, approvals, and regulations that come with building big things. This isn’t a desk job buried in paperwork—it’s about understanding the rules, building good relationships with authorities, and making sure our sites never get stuck because a clearance or approval was missed.

What you’ll do

• Secure and renew contractor licenses, building permits, RERA registrations, and environmental clearances.
• Coordinate with government offices, local authorities, and boards for timely approvals.
• Check that subcontractors and vendors meet all legal and safety requirements.
• Keep an eye on site safety practices and environmental standards.
• Stay updated on changes in construction laws and regulations and flag anything that could impact projects.

Who you are

• 3–5 years of compliance or liaison experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate.
• Comfortable visiting offices, sites, and handling official communications.
• Clear communicator who can work with both site teams and government officers.
• Organized, proactive, and able to spot compliance gaps before they become problems.
