Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing compliance and business services company providing company formation, GST, MCA compliances, and regulatory support to startups and MSMEs across India.

Role Objective

The Compliance Expert will handle end-to-end execution of statutory and regulatory compliance work, ensuring accuracy, speed, and smooth coordination with the in-house Chartered Accountant for review and DSC signing.

Key Responsibilities1. Company Formation & MCA Work

• Collect and verify client KYC and incorporation documents
• Prepare and draft:
• SPICe+ (Part A & Part B)
• AGILE-PRO-S
• INC-9
• Subscriber sheets
• MOA & AOA (using standard templates)
• Coordinate with CA for review, corrections, and DSC signing
• Track MCA filings, approvals, and resubmissions

2. Statutory & Ongoing Compliances

• Handle annual MCA compliances:
• AOC-4
• MGT-7 / MGT-7A
• DIR-3 KYC
• Support GST registrations and basic GST return preparation
• Maintain compliance calendars and deadline trackers

3. Documentation & Quality Control

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents before CA review
• Maintain digital records and audit trails
• Follow internal SOPs and checklists strictly

4. Internal & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with sales and processing teams for document follow-ups
• Provide basic updates to clients on compliance status
• Escalate issues or delays to the Compliance Lead / CA

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Commerce background preferred
• 1–3 years experience in MCA, GST, and compliance operations
• Hands-on experience with:
• MCA V3 portal
• GST portal
• Experience with compliance firms, CA offices, or legal service platforms preferred

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of compliance processes
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-volume filings
• Good documentation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in process-driven environments

Compensation

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
