As a Swimming Coach within the Recreation / Spa & Wellness department, you will be responsible for delivering swimming instruction to guests with diverse skill levels. Your primary duties include conducting swimming lessons for individuals and groups, assessing swimmers" abilities to create personalized training plans, and teaching proper stroke techniques, breathing methods, and safety guidelines. Your role also involves motivating swimmers to enhance their performance, monitoring their progress, and offering regular feedback to support their development. You will collaborate with other wellness and recreation staff to organize swimming events or competitions for guests, contributing to the overall program planning. To excel in this role, you must hold a certification as a Swimming Instructor from reputable organizations such as ASCA, AUSTSWIM, or an equivalent certifying body. A solid background in competitive or professional swimming is essential, along with exceptional teaching, communication, and motivational skills. While a CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. This position offers both full-time and part-time job types, with the benefit of food provided. Your work location will be in person, allowing you to interact directly with guests and create a positive swimming experience for all participants.,
