Job Description

As a Compensation Partner supporting India, you will be part of the Regional Compensation Team. Your role will involve rendering advisory services in areas related to compensation to HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Business Unit (BU) leadership. You will work closely with them to craft, execute, and drive the delivery of the BU's talent and business strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Consulting, designing, delivering, measuring, and optimizing compensation programs and interventions for the Business Unit. - Aggregating BU compensation needs as represented by the HRBP & BU Leadership and providing advisory services program plan to the Compensation Center of Excellence (CoE) team for execution. - Enabling HRBP Leadership with intelligent data analytics and reporting to facilitate data-driven talent and business decisions. - Partnering effectively with other functional groups (e.g. TAG, OEPM, BU OE, Global Mobility, Talent Systems, etc.) to drive BU-anchored compensation programs and initiatives, both transformational and transactional in nature. Additionally, you will be the face of compensation for the Business Unit, representing and advocating for compensation-related matters within the BU.
