Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Compensation Team with administrative tasks, including updating our market reference points (MRPs) and maintaining global employee job and compensation-related data in MarketPay and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Leverage Visier and Excel to perform recurring and ad-hoc HR data audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our HRIS Team to identify and test system and process enhancements that improve efficiency, like event derivation and our quarterly compensation forms.
  • Partner with HRBPs and HR Operations to create MRPs and process employee compensation changes in SuccessFactors.
  • Submit monthly recurring and non-recurring payments in SuccessFactors by creating import files for data accuracy and process effectiveness.
  • Adapt to complete cyclical and special projects assigned by our Compensation Directors, including submitting survey data, building pay models, and synthesizing and analyzing data for our annual merit guidelines and budget and MRP review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of P&L Management, Marketing Cost Optimization, and Retail Analytics.
