As the Head of Occupational Health at NHS Borders, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization to meet its statutory obligations and provide strong leadership for the Staff Health & Wellbeing agenda. Reporting to Andy Carter, the Director of HR, OD and OH&S, you will be a key player in ensuring the well-being of staff and promoting a healthy work environment.
