Objective:

To provide hands-on exposure to corporate governance, secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance under the supervision of qualified professionals.

Key Skills Required:

• Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013
• Knowledge of corporate laws and SEBI regulations
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and filing ROC forms and other statutory filings
• Assisting in Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board and General Meetings
• Maintain statutory registers and company records
• Support in organizing and coordinating board and shareholder meetings
• Ensure compliance with secretarial standards and applicable laws
• Conduct research on corporate governance and legal developments
• Liaise with regulatory authorities when required
• Assist in internal audits and compliance monitoring activities
