drafting legal notice & agreements

FEMA, SEBI, Corporate Affairs, SEBI, Legal Affairs, FEMA, RBI


Requirements:

Need at least 6+ years of experience as a secretarial role or similar role.

PCS / firm experience needed.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Semi / inter Qualified company secretary with 6+ years of experience.
