Job Location - Juhu Mumbai

Company Nature - A Religious Organization - ( Globally Recognized )

Timing - Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm (Reporting Time- 8:45am)

We are looking for a Company Secretary / Paralegal Associate


Role -

Responsible for research, analysis, report writing, legal document and minutes drafting, Copyright and Trademark documentation and follow up, Charity Commissioner documentations and follow up, filing and maintaining all legal documents and their accessibility, certain management specific research and requirements. CS should have good knowledge of latest Information Technology resources.

Files in Trustees Office Knowledge of the various documents in the office of Trustee and digital organization of the same.

Copyright / Trademark/ Infringement Matters Knowledge of current status of various applications in all 3 verticals. MIS reports for the same and follow up the lawyers. Need to understand basics of Trademark, Copyright, etc. Getting a total grip of all pending works with the lawyers in all these matters and able to give Executive Report to Trustee

Property Documents: Understanding (what and which is 7/12, Grampanchayat Tax, Talathy Notice etc) and upkeep of all property documents and digital organization of the same

All Legal Documents: Thorough knowledge of all legal documents like copyright (literary and pictures) certificates and Trademark certificates, Trust documents. Digital organization and upkeep of these documents

Change Report: Thorough knowledge of various change reports filed and documents that go with it.

Drafting For comprehension of the matter at hand and being able to draft minutes/process documents/general points finalized during a meeting etc

Operational Matters: Understand various management day to day matters of the trust and attend meetings with MT to enable to further follow up and resolution.
