As a Company Secretary for a listed company based in Mumbai, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Drafting and finalizing documentation for Board and Committee meetings, such as Notices, Agendas, and Minutes - Managing the Postal Ballot processes - Crafting comprehensive reports for the Board of Directors for the Annual Report - Handling investor communications - Ensuring timely preparation and submission of Stock Exchange filings, including event-based reports and periodic compliances - Liaising with Secretarial Auditors for the Secretarial Audit report, ASCR, and other related documentation - Staying updated on legislative changes and taking necessary compliance actions - Filing requisite e-forms with the Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act, 2013 - Maintaining and updating statutory registers - Managing the Investor Relations section on the website in accordance with SEBI listing requirements - Assisting in special matters like Alteration of MOA, Appointment/re-appointment of Directors, KMPs, Auditors, and Diversification of business Qualifications required for this role include: - Qualified Company Secretary with 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Company Law and Securities Law - Practical experience in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs of a reputed NBFC listed company - Candidates from reputable PCS firms or listed companies with knowledge of SEBI LODR regulations are encouraged to apply Please note that immediate joiners are preferred for this position.,
