Company Secretary - Global Compliance

As the Legal & Regulatory Associate reporting to the Manager, Legal & Regulatory [Company Secretary], you will collaborate closely with the regional and global Legal & Regulatory Team, Business Groups, and the Directors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling the BN/BAM entity listing that the Australia CoSec Support team (AUS Team) had previously worked on - Managing the Real Estate entity listing exercise and coordinating with the AUS Team for further action - Addressing global entity listing reporting requirements for platforms such as infrastructure, private equity, and renewables - Processing cross-border KYC requests, including onshore requests necessitating offshore documentation/certification - Managing various global/cross-border requests and reports - Fulfilling offshore requests for historical structure charts, involving manual input and verification due to dissolved entities and unreflected historical holdings - Assisting in overflow tasks from other BCOG L&R teams, such as UK or AUS requests during peak periods - Utilizing the respective teams" Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as a crucial tool for achieving the above tasks **Qualifications Required:** - Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India - LLB / LLM degree will be an added advantage - 5 to 8 years of experience in managing compliances for large groups and complex structures - Preference for exposure in managing offshore compliances - International exposure preferred **Additional Company Details:** Candidates with international exposure would be preferred for this full-time position based in Powai, Mumbai.
