JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Secretarial Compliance

a. Handling all the compliances of the company as per Companies Act 2013 and liaison with all statutory authorities.

b. Convening and conducting Board Meetings and General Meetings.

c. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members and directors and other compliance registers.

d. Handling RBI Compliance i.e. FCGPR, APR etc.

e. Handling and compliances of FEMA and NBFC

• Regulatory

a. Apply and obtain the requisite license

b. To ensure compliances with FSSAI & Legal Metrology Department.

c. Ensuring that the labels are in compliance with ASCI codes and Food Laws.

d. Ensuring compliance with any other statutory authority. PF & ESI and Gratuity compliance

• Reviewing/ Drafting and vetting of all Commercial/Business agreements:

a. Understanding the commercials being exchanged in the contract

b. Drafting the contracts/agreements after discussion with the business

c. Shareholder agreement

• MOU with business associates and vendors

a. Legal Advisory on contentious matters

b. Vetting of pleadings filed in court

c. Briefing advocates that appear in court on behalf Company

d. Appearing as AR in cases on behalf of the company.

e. Financial reporting for Management like cash flow, balance sheet preparation, etc.

f. Control over statutory Financial activities, like income tax, GST. etc.

g. Other Finance Controller related tasks for the Group Company.
