Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and governance. This includes preparing and filing statutory returns, as well as maintaining statutory records. Your role will involve managing board meetings and interacting with regulatory bodies. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for this position. You should be able to work independently with a keen attention to detail. Having relevant certifications and membership in professional bodies such as ICSI would be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
