Job Description

We are hiring for a Company Secretary with minimum 1 -2 years of experience in the related field. Should manage day to day CS work.

Job description:

  • CTC - upto 9LPA
  • Location - Powai

This role will be responsible for secretarial audit, governance, annual returns and compliance.

Assisting in Company Secretarial functions

Assisting in drafting Board and Shareholders Minutes

Maintaining Statutory Registers, including registers of members, directors and shareholders

Maintaining and filing of documents in physical form, wherever required

Timely filings mandated under the Companies Act, 2013.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
