Company Secretary (CS) Internship in Lucknow

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in ROC filings, MCA compliances, and statutory returns
• Preparing and maintaining minutes, notices, and board resolutions
• Assisting in GST, TDS, and other taxation-related work
• Supporting in labour law compliance and payroll-related documentation
• Drafting agreements, legal documents, and compliance reports
• Assisting in Trademark & FSSAI filings
• Maintaining client records and compliance trackers
• Researching case laws, amendments, and regulatory updates
• Coordinating with clients and government departments for routine filings
